This dinner will consist of a starter cocktail, a delicious 4 -course meal tailored to the evenings' tequila lineup, and ends with a dessert. We have our own cocktail specialist to explain each tequila.

Hors D'oeurve Course with opening cocktail:
Tuna Tartare, ahi tuna, avocado, candied jalapenos, ancho Alabama white sauce, local microgreens, crisp wonton, black caviar
First Course:
Seared Foix and Waffles, pan-seared foix gras, buttermilk biscuit waffle, local honey, local berry chutney
Second Course:
“Smoked” Chopped Salad, Pork belly burnt ends, local greens, sorghum barbeque ranch, Clemson blue cheese, pralines, pickled red onions, and maple house porter reduction
Main Course:
Dry-Aged Comart Duroc Pork Chop, anejo agave rosemary glaze, adluh white cheddar truffle grits, sautéed lemon butter ramps
Dessert Course:
Grilled tequila-soaked pound cake, mango ice cream, smokey habanero honey crystals, Mexican vanilla bean whipped cream
